Recipes & Allergies

Every cake baked by Pearl’s Creations are baked from scratch. We do not use commercial mixes unless it is first discussed with the customer. We choose not to use commercial mixes as it gives us the ability to adjust the recipe as needed to suit the customer’s requirements.

Yes, we can make allergen free cakes as required, Our kitchen is not a registered allergen free kitchen however. Customers with severe allergy issues need to take into consideration that whilst Pearl’s Creations always have the kitchen space cleaned down prior to preparing an allergen free cake, the kitchen may still contain or have had come into contact with dairy, wheat, nuts, soy, and other allergens.

Flavour

Pearl’s Creations’ strengths lies in an excellent execution of decorating a cake and creating of flawless sugar figurines.

We therefore only offer 3 different cake flavours:

  • Chocolate Mudcake
  • Butter Vanilla
  • Red Velvet

Size and Pricing

The smallest stand-alone cake we make is a 6″ and usually approx. 5-6″ tall for $160 before complex decoration/figurines.

A 6″ at 5-6″ tall will comfortably feed 1″x2″x3″ tall serves to 24ppl or 1″x1″x3″ tall serves to 48ppl.
