How to Order Custom Cakes & Toppers

Planning a special event or celebration? We’re here to make your concept a reality with our custom cakes and toppers! Whether you’re looking for a show-stopping cake or a unique topper to crown it, our straightforward ordering process ensures that every detail is handled with care.
Follow our simple steps below to bring your ideas to life, and let us help make your occasion truly unforgettable.

Step #1: Make Your Initial Inquiry

For Toppers: If you’re enquiring about a custom cake figurine topper, please fill out our dedicated form to give us details like the occasion of the event, the size of the cake it will adorn, your preferred design, and when you need it. If you have a specific image in mind, sharing it with us will help us capture your vision. It is also necessary for you to mention whether you will require pick up from our Hornsby Heights Studio or a direct delivery.

For Cakes: For custom cakes, we start with a few discovery questions via our dedicated form. You will let us know the event date, the number of guests, and any design ideas you have. If you’re serving other desserts, let us know in the form so we can recommend the appropriate cake size. It is also necessary for you to mention whether you will require pick up from our Hornsby Heights Studio or a direct delivery.

Step #2. Let’s chat! (Optional)

For all: If there is additional context about your requirements and the event you are hosting, it is important that we can organise a call or text/email to understand all details clearly. As well, we may need to reach out to you if the form was not filled out correctly or in full. In most cases for small events, we can send you a quotation without needing any communications after your initial inquiry.

Step #3. Review and Approve Your Quote

After we’ve gathered all the details, we’ll prepare a personalised quote for you. This quote will cover everything, from the design and ingredients to any special requests or delivery options. Each figurine quote is valid for 7 days from the date of issue.

Upon the overall design of your cake or figurine being finalised and proceeding with the order, payment in full will be required to secure the order.

Step #4. Arrange Pick-Up or Delivery

Your topper will be ready within the week of your event. At this point, you can either pick it up from our studio or arrange for shipping.

If you order cakes, we’ll arrange a time for you to pick them up after confirmation. For weddings, we offer delivery to your venue, so your cake arrives fresh and on schedule.
